Es Rafalet is an idyllic retreat nestling on the lower slopes of the Tramuntana mountain range. The villa has beautiful countryside views and is ideal for those wanting a family holiday in the Pollensa hills. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is just a few minutes’ drive away, while the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are just 8km distant.

To the rear of the house is the impressive covered dining terrace with a huge solid oak "banquet" dining table and BBQ. The superb oval shaped swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.2m to 2m, with Roman steps) is bordered by sun terraces with grassed areas for children to play amongst the extensive hedged gardens. There is also a poolside shower. . You can also pick your own grapes from the owner’s vineyard!

Rafalet is a charming restored family home, full of character with air conditioned bedrooms provided free of charge. The original dwelling dates back to the eighteenth century, but with all modern conveniences added. There are many traditional features, and the villa is comfortably furnished throughout.

Two storeys. From the front covered terrace original Mallorquin wooden double doors open into the large hallway. Beautiful lounge with seating area, traditional stone banks, DVD player, Satellite TV and Playstation 2. The dining room has nice views to the garden and swimming pool. To the rear of the dining area is the fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, hob/oven, fridge/freezer and a walk-in pantry. Utility area with washing machine. To the right of the entrance doors, a stone archway leads to one twin bedroom with pool and garden views and adjacent shower/WC. Guest cloakroom with shower/WC. The main stairway leads up to the galleried landing and onto the master twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct access to a private sun terrace. Two further twin bedrooms each have a doorway opening to the second sun terrace and share a family bathroom. Free safe. All bedrooms are air conditioned at no extra charge.



Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen changed weekly. Minimum stay 5 nights, arrive any day.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
