This small development of high quality villas is situated in a quiet residential area just over 700m from the beach and resort centre of Playa Blanca, and offer some of the best quality accommodation on the island. Each villa is fairly private and stands in its own large, immaculately tended garden of over 800 square metres and has a private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 2m heated between Nov - Apr) as well as extensive sun terraces, a BBQ and two shaded dining terraces. Inside, the villas have been furnished and decorated to the highest standards and offer high quality accommodation for discerning holidaymakers.
The superb new marina of Puerto Rubicon is about 25 minutes'' walk away and offers a large selection of cafes, bars and restaurants - it is actually livelier than the old resort centre, should you want this!
One storey. Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, CD and DVD players, fully equipped open plan kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Three bedrooms (one double, two twins), plus two full bathrooms both with hairdryers, one has a jacuzzi bath and the other a huge walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. Interior courtyard, private safe and plenty of parking space for 2 cars. Lounge and master bedroom are air conditioned at no extra charge.
Weekly cleaning and change of linen/towels. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
