This lovely house was extensively refurbished in 2009 and is a great choice for anyone wanting to be close to the sea and enjoy lovely views of the coastline. Built on a hillside and reached by approx 30 steps from the parking area, Mar Azul has an attractive kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 3m, depth 0.9m to 1.8m, with roman steps), BBQ and extensive terraces offering both sun and shade, as well as superb views. The garden has also been hugely improved, making this a most comfortable holiday home in an idyllic position. Just 5 km from the centre of Javea, the villa is also only 500m uphill from the unspoiled La Barracca beach (mostly pebble), a great spot for relaxing away from the crowds. The nearest restaurants and supermarket are approx 2 km away, although there are a couple of small restaurants on the beach itself.
Two storeys. Upper (pool) level: Hallway leads into a spacious lounge/dining room with CD player, patio doors onto a large terrace/balcony with sea views, kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge, full cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Double and twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Guest cloakroom. A further twin bedroom, 2nd lounge and shower/WC are located below the front terrace, with access via a pathway from the front door or pool area - this large room is ideal for grandparents or older teenagers. The owner requests no smoking inside the property.
TV and DVD player can be supplied on request - this villa has no TV reception, so bring your own DVDs!
Min stay 7 nights, arrive any day. Mid stay cleaning and linen change provided on holidays of 14 or more nights. Optional cleaning available on stays on 7-13 nights (pre book and prepay, or arrange in resort if preferred). Arrive any day - min 7 nights.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
