Casa Hamilton is an attractive, spacious house situated in a quiet, largely rural area between the old town of Javea and the village of Jesus Pobre. The main Arenal beach in Javea is 5 km away, whilst the nearest restaurants are approx 10 min walk. Set in private grounds surrounded by hedges and fruit trees with views of Montgo mountain, Casa Hamilton also has a large swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.2m to 2.5m, with roman steps) with Summer house, extensive sun terraces and two delightful shaded dining terraces, as well as a BBQ. Inside, the house is spacious and comfortable, with the added advantage of being all on one level.
One storey. Lounge/dining room with fireplace, TV, DVD and CD players, farmhouse style kitchen with fridge, full cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine. Covered terrace with a few steps up to pool area. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Twin and further bathroom. Exterior access to a 2nd covered terrace at side of villa, leading to further twin and en suite bathroom.
Car hire essential. Min stay 7 nights, arrive any day. Mid stay cleaning and linen change provided on holidays of 14 or more nights. Optional cleaning available on stays on 7-13 nights (pre book and prepay, or arrange in resort if preferred).
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
