Set in the exclusive, residential area of Los Mojones just 1km from the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife of Puerto del Carmen, this spacious modern house stands in mature, fairly private gardens and offers comfortable accommodation for families who want a villa in a quiet but very convenient location. The private swimming pool (7m x 3m, depth 1.4m to 1.8m, with ladder) is surrounded by extensive sun terraces, with a handy shaded dining area as well as an impressive outdoor kitchen area with BBQ.
The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, the beautiful, unspoiled Papagayo beaches, Teguise golf course or exploring the island.
Two storeys. Lounge with satellite TV, DVD and CD player, modern kitchen/dining room with hob/oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine. Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and shower/WC. Stairs (with a stairgate) lead down to a spacious lower floor with a further twin and shower/WC, plus a small double bedroom.
Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Pool heating included Nov - Apr, £12 per day if required between May - Oct. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
Lower prices apply if only 4 bedrooms (max 8 people) are required.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
