Ideally situated just 1km from a small cove and 3 km from the main beach and centre of Moraira, with restaurants and a supermarket within 5 min walk, this attractive and very tastefully and comfortably furnished modern villa enjoys excellent views. It has a superb covered outdoor BBQ and dining area with stone table and kitchen area (reached by 4 steps from the main terrace), as well as a large swimming pool (10m x 4.5m, depth 1.25m to 2.10m, with roman steps) and sun terraces which are gated for child safety. A very pleasant villa in a convenient location that is very popular with guests.
The larger resort of Calpe is just 10 min drive away, whilst the many attractions of Benidorm (including terra Mittica theme park) is approx 20-25 min drive.
One storey. A canopied veranda leads to a conservatory style living/dining terrace (the patio doors fully open to make the room a shaded terrace) and then into a comfortable lounge with wood burning stove, satellite TV and DVD player, separate dining room and a modern fitted kitchen with full cooker, , fridge, breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are one twin and two double bedrooms, a full bathroom and further shower/WC. There are approx 4 steps inside the villa.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 17 July - 27 August, Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
