Maintained to a high standard with smart modern furnishings, Villa Ciento Diezysiete is a comfortable holiday home built in traditional Spanish style with whitewashed walls throughout enhancing its light and airy feel. It is located in the quiet residential area of Sueno Azul in the resort of Callao Salvaje, just 2-3 min walk from a supermarket, shops, bars and a handful of restaurants. A taxi rank and a bus stop are just 5 min walk away. A pebble and sand beach is about 15 min walk from here, whilst the bustling resorts of Los Christianos and Playa de las Americas are just 10 min drive where you will find marvellous sandy beaches and a host of other entertainments including water parks and theme parks. For golfers, both the Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 min drive away and also nearby there is a tennis and fitness club.
One storey. Lounge/dining room with patio doors, comfortable wicker sofas, British satellite TV with several English channels, video, DVD and CD players. Kitchen area with breakfast bar, hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a shower/WC. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The swimming pool (7m x 3m, depth 1.3m to 0.9m with Roman steps, heated in winter) is surrounded by sun terraces from which you can enjoy mountain and partial sea views. Pergola covered dining area and BBQ. Free safe.
Cleaning on arrival only. Pool heating included Nov – Apr - £50 per week if required between May – Oct. Friday changeover.
