One of two identical, brand new luxury houses stand adjacent to each other overlooking the marina of Cala d’Or. They have been furnished and decorated with impeccable taste in a bright modern style and offer state of the art amenities, including air conditioning and under floor heating in all the main rooms, rooftop Jacuzzis and fabulous bathrooms.
The houses are very handily situated just off the road that links the centre of Cala d’Or with the marina, the beaches, Cala Egos and Porto Petro, and are within 10-15 min walk of the resort centre, 7-8 min walk (via steps) from the many restaurants and bars on the marina below, and 20 min walk from the beach. The nearest supermarket is 10 min walk away.
Each house has its own garden, roof terrace and private pool (8m x 3m, depth 1.2m to 1.6m) with views of the marina, and is relatively private from each other (only from the roof terraces can you look onto the neighbour’s pool and garden). They can be booked individually or together for up to 18 people.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a superior, ultra modern villa in an enviable, very accessible location, these houses are bound to be very popular and early booking is advised.
Each house is on three storeys. Private driveway with remote controlled gates lead to the garages. Front door opens into a very spacious open plan lounge/dining room with satellite TV (free to air UK channels), DVD and CD players, as well as Playstation2. Patio doors lead onto a covered dining terrace, from where steps (with a gate for child safety) lead down to the private infinity-style swimming pool, lawns and sunbathing area. Also on the ground floor are a guest cloakroom and an open plan fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill and dishwasher.
Stairs lead down to a further living room, king size double bedroom, full bathroom and laundry area with washing machine.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king size bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom. Another double and twin share a shower/WC. All upstairs bedrooms have a balcony with marina views. The staircase continues up to a large roof terrace with panoramic views and is equipped with heatable Jacuzzi, table and chairs and parasols for shade – a wonderful spot for an evening aperitif.
Air-conditioning/heating in all main rooms and bedrooms is included at no extra charge. BBQ and safe. Complimentary welcome food pack provided on arrival
